We want you to love your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings, hair accessories, and other personal-use items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
  • Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
