At Elvia Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, hair accessories, and other personal-use products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- An unboxing video (if available)
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:
- Send a replacement (subject to stock availability), or
- Process a refund to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings
- Hair clips and claw clips
- Hair bands and scrunchies
- Products showing signs of use
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
